WHY SPEND YOUR MONEY ON A Valueble PROGRAM, not a cheap, quick fix

As long as I can remember the have been exercises for all types of exercise. I can remember doing 3 minute abs 3 minute tight butt, and a few other that I can’t remember, when I was a little kid with mommy. These videos were pretty corny back then and I can’t imagine what they would look like if I saw them now.

I have spent a lot of hours researching all types of workout / exercise videos and programs. There are thousand of videos that claim they will wip you into shape in a short period of time. To me these are like get rich quick scemes. Some of them work if you do them just right, but even the ones that do work usually only work for a short period of time.

If you are planning on starting a workout regimen or plan on incorperating regular excersise into your lifestyle, you could buy something like “lose ten pounds in ten days”. Get rich quick? Yeah it’s one of those. If you shop around and check reviews, you can find something that will get some quick results but don’t plan on this being a long term solution. If you want quick results and plan on exercising after to maintain or improve your results, then this could work for you. I don’t suggest it but the programs I have been researching to find the best value are usually more expensive. If you don’t have a direction I do suggest a program with a wide range of options. These usually include some free short workouts to jumpstart your workout.

I have personally been exercising since I started karate when I was 7. I played football and other sports while I was in school. What do you do after you graduate? For most of us, we’re not going to be playing sports after school. As soon as I got out of school I joined a gym and went 3-4 days a week To get the results I wanted, I was spending a lot of time at the gym. Between  work and trying to stay in shape, I didn’t have much time to live my life.

Let’s Get Some Time Back

After a while I wanted my life back. What’s the point of going to the gym, if that’s the only place you go. I know I started wanting to show off my body, that I worked out so hard to get, to people other than the bodybuilders at the gym that make me feel silly. I have bought and tried lots of workout videos over the years and found some good one but eventually would lose interest.

The great thing about programs like this is you don’t have to spend hours in the gym. This program is proven and gaurunteed to work. It’s not just a bunch of guess work thrown together that may work. They use scientifically proven methods to make their workouts.

Most of the videos on the market catch your eye with a flashy add to get you excited. I have tried several of these programs over the years and now, I have been researching the programs, trying them out, going through hundreds and hundreds of reviews to find the ones that work and aren’t going to be gone tomorrow. When you join a program you want to find one that is going to be constantyly evolving and providing you with the latest workouts and nutrition guides so when you get tired or finish a program, you can go back find a new exciting program that you know works because you’ve already been working the program. The body transformation blueprint is the best all around workout program I have found.

I would compare The body transformation blueprint to Insanity. When I found Insanity, I was blown away by the results I got. In 30 days I was in the best shape of my life. I love Insanity and the BeachBody programs. The first problem I found was the price. Insaniity is 3-4 times the cost of The body transformation blueprint. Insanity worked great for me, fast results and workouts for all kinds of fitness levels. It was also the most intense workout program I have found. I trained for MMA for a long time and the MMA training is the only training that I have found that is more intense, but not buy much.

I will get into the Insanity Program in more detail another time because it is a great program. The reasons I am suggesting the The body transformation blueprint over Insanity are; first of it’s very expensive, not for everyone, very intense and eventually I injured myself doing it and I don’t want to see you get hurt.

The body transformation blueprint  can get you all of the tresults that Insanity can but there are less chances of getting injured. They have programs to fit everyones fitness level and schedules. A big part of getting and staying in shape is how you eat. The provide several free nutrition guides to help you incorperate eating healthy into your lifestyle. There are several free videos to help you decide what workout is going to be right for you. Whether you are already in good shape and looking for something new or if you are just getting started, they have exercises to fit your needs.

    • That’s the great thing about this program. They do have workouts to fit all needs. When I first looked into it, the pictures were a little intimidating. Those are hired actors, if you watch the videos and reviews you can see real people with real results. I picked this program because they concentrate on long term goals, not a quick fix and done.
